Assemble the jars in layers:
First layer: cherry tomatoes
Second layer: toasted bread
Third layer: diced Dreamfarm mozzarella alternative
Fourth layer: black olives
A spoonful of pesto. Top with toasted pine nuts. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a couple of hours before serving.
