In a bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice and zest, parsley, basil, chili pepper, and a pinch of salt. Add the Dreamfarm mozzarella balls and mix gently. Marinate in the fridge for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally for even flavoring.
Slice the peach into wedges. Remove the mozzarella balls from the marinade. Assemble the skewers by alternating: a peach slice, a marinated mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf. Repeat until the skewer is full. Serve cold or at room temperature, drizzling with some of the marinade.
