Ingredients

  • 300 g mushrooms
    (champignons), finely chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Fresh dill or parsley
  • 1 tub Dreamfarm spread (Herb & Garlic works great!)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 rectangular sheet of
    puff pastry

Preparation

Sauté the
mushrooms

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes
until the moisture has evaporated. Add salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.

Spread & roll

Unroll the puff pastry and spread the Dreamfarm cream cheese evenly on top,
leaving a 1 cm border. Spoon the mushroom mixture over it. Roll tightly from
the long side.

Slice

Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 2 cm pieces, try not to press down too
hard.

Bake

Place the swirls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C
for 15–17 minutes, or until golden and flaky.

Serve

Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy while warm!

Storage

Store in an
airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to
restore that crispy puff!
