Blend together chickpeas, beetroot, chickpea flour, olive oil, onion, garlic, and spices until smooth.
• Shape into burger patties and cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil, or bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
• Lightly toast the burger buns in the oven or in a pan.
• Assemble with lettuce, the chickpea & beetroot burger, Dreamfarm stracciatella, and cucumbers.
