Italy in Bruschetta

  • 3 slices of bread
  • Dreamfarm plant-based alternative to mozzarella 375g
  • Fresh tomatoes 50g
  • Eggplants 50g
  • Pesto sauce 40g
  • Basil
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil


Step 1:
Slice the bread diagonally and lightly toast them on both sides. After that be ready with the three different options, to recreate the Italian flag:

Step 2:
The red one: Chopped fresh tomatoes, basil, extra-virgin olive oil and our plant-based alternative to mozzarella.

Step 3:
The green one: put our plant-based alternative to mozzarella and add pesto souce with extra-virgin olive oil.

Step 4:
The white one: cut and cook the eggplant, serve it on the bread and add our plant-based alternative to mozzarella with a little of extra-virgin olive oil.
