- Dreamfarm plant-based alternative to mozzarella 375g
- Fresh tomatoes 50g

A very easy recipe, if you don’t want to use the oven.
To make the hummus:
Mix 500gr chickpeas with 1 minced garlic in a food processor until you get a smooth puree. Add a couple of ice cubes, 50gr tahini, 50gr olive oil, salt, and 100gr lemon juice. Keep mixing till you love the texture!
On top of your amazing hummus you can place our plant-based alternative to mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and voilà you have a delicious plant-based meal!
