Cous cous, what a surprise!

  • Cous Cous 160 g
  • Dreamfarm plant-based alternative to mozzarella 240 g
  • Tomatoes 100 g
  • Artichokes 140 g
  • Olive oil
  • Basil
  • Salt & Pepper


Step 1:
To start, prepare the same amount of hot water and cous cous and mix them, add a spoon of oil

Step 2:
Cover it with a pot lid and let the couscous steam for 10-15 minutes

Step 3:
Sometimes use a fork to fluff it up and prevent it from sticking to the bottom

Step 4:
In the meantime you can prepare the artichokes

Step 5:
Wash, cut and cook them in a pot for 5 minutes with some oil and salt

Step 6:
Wash and chop the tomatoes

Step 7:
Cut in cubes our plant-based alternative to mozzarella.

Step 8:
Mixed all together with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and basil leaves
