Slice off
the top of each tomato. Using a small spoon, gently scoop out the pulp
(save it for your next tomato pasta!).
Set the hollow tomatoes aside.
Fill them
up
Transfer the Dreamfarm spread into a piping bag and fill each tomato
generously.
Assemble
your tomato tree
Arrange the stuffed tomatoes on a platter.
Decorate
Sprinkle with fresh dill, pomegranate seeds, and crushed pistachios. Add salt
and pepper to taste.
Storage
Keep in the
fridge for up to 2 days. Best served well-chilled!
